Tailored outdoor activity sessions, aimed at supporting young people to increase their sense of confidence, competency and empowerment. I (Rob) draw on a strengths based, person-centred approach, guided by the Blue Knot Foundation Practice Guidelines and using evidence to inform my work through Feedback Informed Treatment. My intention is co-create and maintain the physical and emotional safety needed to enjoy fun and helpful adventures outdoors.
My services are intended at increasing accessibility and supporting one avenue of a person's journey towards better mental health.
Please note, I am not a therapist, and do not offer talk therapy. Should you want the services of a clinical therapist, I am happy to put you in touch with some great local options.
Intended for young people aged between 10 and 22 (there is some flexibility here, please contact me with any queries).
