Website Terms of Use and Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, fees apply according to the amount of notice given. 

Cancellation fees:

• Less than 2 business days notice, 100% of program cost 
• Less than 4 business days notice, 50% of program cost
• More than 5 business days notice, no charge for cancellation

My responsibility to you:

• provide you with details of the cancellation policy  
• give you a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if I must change a scheduled appointment to provide services and supports 
• listen to your feedback and resolve problems quickly
